Transition back to overseas has been much easier than last year. Nothing to unpack and knowing where to purchase everything is all the difference. We even went out to breakfast our first day back.
We spent the week with new teachers and the start of work. We took advantage of a trip on the Nile and to the pyramids.
My favorite dessert: Puff pastry filled with custard surrounded by chocolate pudding topped with shaved white chocolate.
