Four Days in Sharm El Sheik ... Southern Tip of Sinai (David)

Spring Break is always needed.  The long winter months switch over to warmth and blooms.  February can be an incredibly gloomy month in Cairo.  Colder than other months, cloudy and pollution mix together with the occasional sandstorm.  This year, immediately prior to spring break, we had our Accreditation Visit at the school.  A break was never needed so badly!

At 7:00 pm, Thursday, we hopped on a plane for a 1 hour flight to Sharm El Sheik.  Sharm is on the southern tip the Sinai Peninsula.  A favorite place for Russian tourists.  There are multiple beach areas in Egypt.  Sharm is our second location (Ain Sukana being the first.)

Stayed at the Hilton Fayroum Resort on points.  Loved it.  The trees, grass, sand, sea, and coral.  So great.  A lot of relaxation.  Never really left the resort area, though could have.  Multiple sites are around the area (including the site where Moses received the Ten Commandments!)  But we were on total vacation from "doing".  Next time ...

Enjoy the pics!
