Koshari (David)

Ended our outing into downtown with a lunch at a Koshari place.    Koshari is a very Egyptian dish with noodles, lentils, garbanzo beans, fried onions, and tomato sauce.   It is great.   This ine was particularly spicy!   You squeeze a bit of lemon over it.  Yum!

Waiting for our food at the outside seats.

Lunch has arrived.

Koshari with dish of tomato sauce and bottle of lemon juice.

View from lunch.  Read the sign on the back of the shirt ... name of place.

Koshari man.   Those are plates that he is putting around the pasta.

 Koshari man.

Another shot of the shirt, "Koshari and Sweet Welcome"
